The Carolina Panthers are a simNFL team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Panthers compete in the simNFL, as a member club of the league's NFC South division. The team is headquartered in Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, which can hold 75,523 occupants. The team is owned by Sarge who also serves as head coach. The general manager is Jambo.

The Panthers kicked off the inaugural simNFL season with a series of huge trades, first moving their earned #3 overall pick in the inaugural draft along with a 2023 second round selection in exchange for three consecutive first round picks from the Indianapolis Colts, including #18 in 2022. This trade would pay huge dividends as the Colts earned the #2 overall pick in the 2023 SimNFL Draft, which Carolina used to select Don Scott, as well as the #1 overall pick in the Player Selections, which Carolina eventually used to move down in the draft while also acquiring star defensive end Aaron Stokes. Carolina also made two additional trades, including trading most of the highly skilled players earned in the pool selection round, in order to acquire more future draft capital along with the #5 overall pick in the 2022 simNFL Draft, QB Dekoda Link. In the 2022 NFL season, Carolina went 3-14, finishing as a bottom 5 team.

Following the 2022 season, the Panthers hired Jambo as the new general manager. With 7 first-round picks in the following two drafts, the Panthers quickly made a turnover in the draft, giving a 4 year, $80 million fully guaranteed contract to guard Paul Caruso and a 3 year, $34 million fully guaranteed contract to defensive tackle Steven Kapfhammer. The team also acquired star receiver Russell Barnes viat trade. The Panthers won one additional game, however, struggling to end the season and finishing 4-13 in the 2023 NFL season. Despite this, they remained in contention for the NFC South until the final weeks of the season due to the relative weakness of the division.
